The Milbank Insurance Building
Our building is rich in local history, having been purpose built for the Milbank Insurance Company in the early 1970s.
The building sits on 20 acres in quaint, quiet, Milbank. The building is seven stories tall with over 127,000sqft of occupiable office space, including a full basement, movie theater, restaurant, recreation room, seventh floor balcony, heated garages, and facility generator.
There are over 400 existing surface parking spaces. A 16 foot LED billboard is being installed in Spring of 2024, along with additional exterior lighting.
