The Sawyers and Lerner Building features a marbled entrance Lobby, 253 spaces of attached parking with secure remote controlled access and direct building access on all five floors.
We maintain on-site Security during regular business hours. Afterwards, access to the building is restricted by KeyFobs for occupants, and video-buzzers for visitors.
Three main Dover elevators provide fast access to all floors (Lobby to Eleventh in under 12 seconds), while the Freight Elevator provides convenience and security for occupants movement of furniture, equipment and storage items.
The Basement through Fourth Floor private elevator provides the ultimate in luxury and security for an occupant with those specific needs.
All elevators and individual floors, are ready to be secured by individual KeyFob access, should a tenant so desire.

LOBBY AND PARKING
LOBBY
The main entrance lobby features approximately 960sqft of marbled flooring under 15 foot ceilings, with a marbled fireplace and remarkable woodwork throughout. The center of the lobby features a manned security desk, with a lighted Directory to all tenant offices. The rear of the Lobby accesses the three main gold-toned elevators.
PARKING GARAGE
The Sawyers and Lerner Building is unique in the Downtown Louisville, KY market as it includes an attached, 253 car, five story parking garage. Our garage presents a unique and unmatchable amenity to our occupants. The garage is accessed via three secure, remote controlled entry doors from 5th Street, and offers protection from the elements as well as direct building access from each floor of the garage.

SECURITY
We maintain a security guard on-site during regular business hours. Our guard is knowledgable and familar with all building occupants, and ensures the safety of all occupants and visitors. In addition, the entire building is secured with keyfob access for all occupants, and video-buzzer entry for visitors after hours.
ELEVATORS
MAIN ELEVATORS
The entire building is served by three main elevators manufactured by Dover International, now Thyssen-Krupp. These elevators provide fast access to floors Lobby through eleven (all travel times under 12 seconds), with well appointed elevator lobbies on each floor, many of which are secure for entire floor tenancy. In addition, the elevators are capable of being floor restricted via keyfob access in the car, should a tenant desire.
FREIGHT ELEVATOR
The freight elevator serves the Basement through 11th Floors, and allows occupants to easily move furniture and storage items from the first floor Parking Garage to their suites. Otherwise, the freight elevator cannot be used to access any other space in the building, as it is located in the western fire escape chute, which features enter only doors in every floor.
OLD BANK ELEVATOR
The fifth elevator in The Sawyers and Lerner Building serves the basement through fourth floors. This luxurious elevator, with excellent interior woodwork, and shined silver doors can provide private access to multiple floors for the right occupant. In addition to private floor access, this elevator can also be keyfob restricted to restrict access to certain floors, individually based on the keyfob.
FIRE ESCAPES
FIRE ESCAPES
The Sawyers and Lerner Building features two 12 story internal fire escapes with motion detection lighting that extend from the basement through the eleventh floors. They are fully enclosed the entire 160 foot length of their height in 12inch concrete block, and fire rated doors. We are unique in having dual fire shafts, thereby requiring no externally mounted steel escapes.
