The basement of the Milbank Insurance Building contains over 27,000sqft of conditioned space. The northwest corner contains a Theater and Presentation Room.
This space consists of a stage area, professional lighting, seating for over 150 persons, with a private staging area for presentation actors and equipment.
Installed in the Theater Room is a 10 foot projection screen, podium, wireless and wired microphones and operator station with control computer and data access. Public WiFi is provided to the entire room via a commercial router.
The entire room is equipped with in ceiling speakers that have central volume controls, all linked to the stage microphones, video display projector and control computer. This is the most advanced public presentation space in Milbank, SD.
