The Milbank Insurance Building features a 1970s era terra cotta lobby in excellent condition, a 400 car parking lot with sweeping front drive, and sven floors of office space with over 127,000sqft of leasable space. In addition, there is a 10,000sqft Restaurant and Arcade and a 26,000sqft basement with a movie theater/presentation room, meeting spaces and ample climate controlled storage.

The building features HID key card access, 2 public elevators serving all floors, that can be individually secured, and one private elevator serving the basement and first floor. Two attached, heated garages provide 8 parking bays for maintenance equipment and executive parking.

The building plant systems are spread across three mechanical rooms and feature robust heating and cooling with over 400 tons of chilled water service, 4.5 million BTUs of natural gas heat with electric backup. A 1.5 megawatt automated transfer switch Cummins diesel backup generator is installed on the property.
