LOBBY AND ENTRANCES

Flynn Drive, a private curving driveway serving the front entrance opens through two sets of double doors, through a weather trap to the Main Lobby featuring original terra cotta tiles, a staircase fountain and a replica of the "Old Grist Mill", a historic landmark which actually sits, well maintained as a visitor center in the front lawn of the property.

The west side lobby opens from the main parking lot to a lobby with a vending machine and LED building directory showcasing time, temperature, headlines and building tenants.

ELEVATORS AND ENCLOSED GARAGES

The first floor is served by an interior elevator that also serves the west lobby. The south entrance accesses the fire escape and a smaller anterior elevator lobby that double doors to the garage. The executive heated garage contains five parking spaces with individual garage doors and direct elevator access. The separate heated maintenance garage features three large bays with 12 foot doors, high ceilings, water and hot water service and air compressors and tool cabinets for maintenance equipment.
