The 10,500sqft Fourth Floor is occupied by State Auto Insurance, which was acquired by Liberty Mutual Insurance in 2022.

In 2020, State Auto renovated the entire fourth floor to meet the colors, aesthetics and open office model of all of its offices nationwide. The space is modern, warm, open and inviting with large open work sreas that are conducive to collaboration while remaining private and comfortable. Finishing the space are multiple small conference, collaboration and meeting rooms, as well as a large conference room and well appointed rest areas.

A large cafeteria and break room finish the space, containing coffee makers, refrigerators, microwave, popcorn machine and significant counterspace and table areas. This is truly a modern office space for work enjoyment.
